The role is responsible for managing the administration of the Charter business by providing account management, coordination, and support for Transdev Queensland's existing and emerging commercial partners as well as building and strengthening strong relationships with Charter clients to grow the Charter business.
Your day might include:
• Corresponding by phone and email with Charter clients
• Coordinating with the Operations team regarding Charter bookings
• Tracking and reporting on charter bookings, leads and new business
• Raising client quotations for Charters
• Confirmation in writing of Charter booking to client and/or stakeholders
• Updating Charter sheets for Bus drivers
• Raising invoices, purchase requests, and receipting of purchase orders for Charter bookings in company systems

Your talent:
• Full Australian working rights (an Australian citizen or permanent resident)
• Experience in a similar role
• Highly developed oral and written communication skills
• Strong administration and financial skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Well organised and high attention to detail
• Able to work in a high-pressure environment with tight deadlines to deliver quality outcomes
