The successful candidate must possess the following:
Certificate in Commercial Cookery.
Experience in a High Volume a la carte Italian Venue
Minimum 3 years of cooking experience.
The ability to work independently and in a high-pressure environment.
Possess a passion for food and attention to detail.
Team player and solid communicator.
The ability to manage your own section during service
We are a 6 days Venue with an emphasis on Authentic Italian-style cuisine. You will report to and support the Head Chef. Above award salary package ($58,000-$62,000) with free parking on-site and more perks for the right candidate.
