About the role...
We are seeking experienced Chef de Partie to assist and already accomplished team. Multiple positions available for the right candidates.
Looking for our next level of leaders with lots of opportunity to move up with a rapidly expanding company!
The roles come with autonomy and incredible opportunity with a big team in a fast-paced kitchen.
Key skill requirements...
- Minimum 2 years experience as professional chef in a fast paced, high volume kitchen (Chef de Partie or Commis chef minimum)
- Commercial cookery certificate
- Assist with customer satisfaction by delivering an exceptional and consistent food product
- Ability to follow recipes & directions from senior chefs
- Ability to learn and work multiple sections with including pans, wok, friers, larder & grill.
- Able to work flexible hours across weekends & public holidays
