- Escalate or refer clients with special or complex needs for appropriate assistance.
- Manage client concerns and complaints through effective communication and conflict resolution either in-person, by email or telephone
- Perform high-level administrative support, including managing email inboxes, rental documentation, and applications.
- Maintain accurate record-keeping and track documentation
