We are looking for an experienced Client Services Managerto join our Brisbane Airport office focusing on Insurance related residential, commercial and strata building works. The successful candidate will deliver high quality customer service to both internal and external clients.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide client with regular updates on project progression and campaigns that directly affect the client
- Develop open and effective communication channels with each individual client portfolio
- Coordinate internal projects, through effective distribution of resources to increase customer satisfaction
- Effectively evaluate and report on client satisfaction
- Monitor and troubleshoot client complaints
- Perform outbound calls with clients to follow up on services provided
- Supervision of immediate team members to ensure compliance with established client standards in carrying out position duties accordingly
- Identify, prepare and implement KPI and performance measures for the greater team
- Conduct analysis to evaluate the customer experience and establish improvement strategies.
- Target specific clients who manage multiple claims with our business and build a rapport accordingly
- Ability to network and act as an Ambassador for Ezy Projects
Build robust relationships to:
- Become a reliable point of contact for each client, and to inspire repeat business
- Become a credible stakeholder manager through the identification of key stakeholders
- Become a liaison to provide suitable solutions when responding to client queries
Reporting Requirements:
- Daily and weekly updates on all claims with relevant stakeholders via phone calls, emails and online web-based portal updates
Skills
- Good understating of the MS Suite of Products including basic Excel
- Ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Self-motivated, reliable, and trustworthy with a strong work ethic
- Team player who can also work autonomously
- Ability to problem-solve issues
- Sound knowledge of WHS requirements and standards
Qualifications / Experience
- Cert IV in Business Administration/Business (desirable)
- Degree Business Management or related field (desirable)
- 3+ years’ experience in customer service role
- 1+ years’ experience in management position
