This crucial hands-on role will lead the successful transition of Danny Met Sally into Western Australia. As a Client Services Manager will take charge across the following areas:
- Liaising with direct clients, Support Coordinators and all stakeholders Who Require Our Services: In Home Supports, Supported Independent Living, Community Access & Participation, Respite, etc.
- End to End onboarding and ongoing monitoring for all Participants in your caseload.
- Business development & building new referral pathways
- Collaborating with Coordination, Recruitment and Management to ensure best outcomes for all Participants
- Onboarding of New Participants with all relevant compliance - Including: Participant Profiles, Care Plans, Service Agreements, Schedule of Supports, Collating Health Assessments, etc.
- Ongoing Face to Face Meetings with Participants to Ensure Service Standards are Upheld
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in Disability from a Client Management perspective
- Aptitude for networking at events & business development
- Leader who influences people
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Experience meeting deadlines, and working within a fast-paced environment
