Client Support Officer

Tech Speaking is a busy pediatric Speech Pathology clinic and we are on the lookout for a compassionate and dedicated Client Support Officer to join our dynamic team at our brand new, modern clinic. As a crucial link between our patients and healthcare services we provide, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and supportive experience.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide admin support for Speech Pathology practitioners
• Proactive Calling (sales experience preferred but not essential)
• Create an amazing customer experience as the first touch point for our clinic
• Answering calls on a range of speech therapy enquiries
• Completing resources to support speech pathologists
• Very strong computer skills
• Experience with social media for business (preferred but not essential)
• Excellent computer skills, including Canva and Microsoft Office Suite
• Assertive but caring interpersonal skills
• Enjoy being busy, can multitask and able to take initiative.
• Flexibility covering for other team members 
• Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously in a team and provide support as needed.

The role is permanent part-time Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 9am-5pm.
