Tech Speaking is a busy pediatric Speech Pathology clinic and we are on the lookout for a compassionate and dedicated Client Support Officer to join our dynamic team at our brand new, modern clinic. As a crucial link between our patients and healthcare services we provide, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and supportive experience.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide admin support for Speech Pathology practitioners
- Proactive Calling (sales experience preferred but not essential)
- Create an amazing customer experience as the first touch point for our clinic
- Answering calls on a range of speech therapy enquiries
- Completing resources to support speech pathologists
- Very strong computer skills
- Experience with social media for business (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent computer skills, including Canva and Microsoft Office Suite
- Assertive but caring interpersonal skills
- Enjoy being busy, can multitask and able to take initiative.
- Flexibility covering for other team members
- Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously in a team and provide support as needed.

The role is permanent part-time Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 9am-5pm.
