Who is the perfect candidate?
We are looking for someone that has excellent customer service skills and is comfortable with multitasking, working under pressure, and collaboratively with team members.
Tasks will be broad and will include:
- Taking incoming calls and emails;
- Maintain client data and its integrity;
- Respond and investigate questions from account management clients;
- Maintain solid working relationships with client stakeholders;
- Maintain all support process documentation, specifications and records; and
- Ad hoc administrative duties.
