Assistant to our Admin Lead
Casual as per Health professional & support services award.
Estimate 10-15 hours/week.
Description
As an assistant to our Admin Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting our Osteopathic practitioners in providing excellent support for young families, infants & adults by performing duties including, but not limited to: Booking appointments; answering phone and email enquiries; processing payment transactions; light cleaning of the Welcome Room and clinic space; re-stocking supplies; data entry; communicating with therapists and patients to ensure their operational needs are met.
Essential Skills
- Experience in reception and customer support (2yrs minimum)
- Empathy & understanding of the Client experience in healthcare
- High attention to detail & fond of systems, organisation and communication (both written and verbal)
- Friendly, positive attitude to working in a family-oriented space.
- Familiar with Google drive & use of Windows-based computers; strong computer skills.
Highly regarded
- Experience with Cliniko & Hicaps
- Familiarity with Osteopathy or Allied Health clinic experience
