We are seeking a junior and senior lawyer who are strategic and commercially minded with 1 - 5+ years post-admission experience in corporate, commercial and transactional law.

With a broad client base, made up of private clients, business owners, SMEs, and international clients, the corporate and commercial team of Antunes Lawyers provide legal services across the full spectrum of corporate, commercial and transactional matters, including:
- Sale and purchase of business
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Commercial leasing, sub-leasing and licensing
- Property transactions
- Advising on corporate governance matters
- Corporate and Trust structuring
- Preparing, negotiating and drafting commercial contracts (service, supply, distribution, manufacturing, consultancy, etc)
- Intellectual property (registrations and infringements)
- Employment and industrial relations
- Regulatory and compliance
- Lending and borrowing (PPSR)
- Personal and corporate insolvency
About you
We are seeking individuals who possess the following essential requirements:
- 1 - 5+ years post-admission experience in corporate, commercial and transactional law
- Strong technical and analytical skills or the willingness and commitment to learn
- Drafting, advisory and negotiation skills
- Highly efficient and strong organisational skills
- Exceptional time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail
- Self-motivated
- Proven capability to manage tasks and multiple competing priorities in a fast paced environment
