Job Summary:
Next Level Racing, a global leader in racing and flight simulation technology, seeks a Commercial Sales Manager to drive revenue and profitability targets. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, identifying, and pursuing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong customer relationships within the commercial sector. Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue and profit goals for the commercial segment.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and threats. Adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key commercial customers, addressing their needs and ensuring exceptional service.
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial sector. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
- Sales Forecasting: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to accurately forecast sales, monitor progress, and make necessary adjustments to achieve targets.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the Commercial Sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular reports and analysis on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant metrics to senior management.
- Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements. Maintain accurate records of sales transactions.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to align strategies and provide seamless customer experiences.
- Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve products and services and address customer concerns promptly.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven track record of at least 3+ years in Commercial Sales
- Strong understanding of the commercial sector, its challenges, and opportunities.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in sales software and CRM tools.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
