The Role:
- Use your marketing expertise to drive growth for our brand and clients, bringing fresh ideas to the table and exploring creativity and innovative thinking.
- Be the go-to marketing specialist for us and our clients. Guide them in the right direction towards the best ways to achieve their goals.
- Write clear, concise, and informative documents such as client proposals, marketing plans, grant and tender applications, reports and presentations.
- Manage social media accounts for clients, including content creation, scheduling, community engagement, and reporting.
- Collaborate with clients and coordinate a broad range of projects and promotional campaigns. Including planning and implementation of events.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, influence of AI and emerging technologies in communications and marketing and share knowledge with the team and clients.
- While we encourage you to bring your own ideas to the table, we also value collaboration. Work closely with team members to refine and enhance your concepts, ensuring the best possible outcomes.
Who we are looking for:
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, paired with a relevant degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Creative thinkers, proactive problem-solvers who are driven by making an impact. Out of the box thinking is always admired.
- Collaborative team players who are always eager to learn and lend a helping hand.
- Must be well organised (time management) and have a high level of attention to detail with the ability to prioritise projects and complete tasks with conflicting deadlines.
- Ability to multitask (adapt quickly to unexpected changes in workflow).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and website content management systems (desirable), solid working knowledge of Canva Pro.
- Understanding of Microsoft 365/SharePoint, with the ability to effectively collaborate and manage files within these platforms.
This is a full-time role based on a 38-hour work week, with the successful applicant willing to work outside normal business hours to accommodate the needs of projects and clients. This role offers a competitive salary equal to experience with opportunities for career growth and development.
