There is an exciting opportunity for a Communications Specialist to join the Marketing team at Swinburne University of Technology!
The Communications Specialist will play a key role in the planning, development and implementation of communication and content activities across all channels for a defined audience segment. Reporting to the Journey Manager, the Communications Specialist will also be responsible for key partnerships within the business to deliver content and communication to a high level of consistency, quality, and strategic alignment.
About You
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:
Demonstrated experience planning and implementing email marketing campaigns using an enterprise-level marketing automation platform (such as Adobe Campaign, Eloqua, Unica, Salesforce or Marketo)
Demonstrated experience with segmentation and the use of dynamic content to personalise experiences for audience segments
Demonstrated experience in using data to improve the process and performance of communications and marketing activities
Demonstrated experience in aligning audience needs and preferences with marketing strategies and objectives
Qualifications
A degree in communications or related fields with subsequent relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
