The Role

As a Regional Compliance Officer, you'll drive compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies across Sales Areas in Australia/New Zealand and South-East Asia. This involves developing and executing compliance programs, identifying risks, advising on compliance activities, and fostering a culture of integrity. Reporting directly to the Regional Manager - Legal & Compliance, you will be responsible for:

• Develop and execute compliance programs including anti-bribery, data privacy, trade compliance, and competition law.
• Identify compliance risks, advise on activities, and prioritize actions to reduce risks.
• Collaborate closely with the business to understand compliance requirements and mitigate risks.
• Contribute to maintaining a well-connected compliance community.

About You

You will have come with a few years' experience in a similar role, along with the following:

• Experience in similar roles with a relevant degree in Law, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Previous experience in international companies and familiarity with IT systems.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Energetic, persistent, and process-oriented with a knack for simplifying complex issues.
