About the Position
Currently an exciting opportunity exists for a Building Construction Administrator to join their team.
Responsibilities will include:
- Client updates throughout the presite and building phase
- Manage approvals through certifier and council
- Final certificates
- Liaising with contractors and supervisors
- Providing construction updates.
Skills and Experience
- Experience in a construction or building administration position
- Similar experience within a volume housing construction company preferred however not essential
- Excellent organisation skills
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Can-do attitude, team player
