ABOUT THE JOB
You will be working as a Service Coordinator who will Provide seamless delivery of client services by understanding clients’ operational needs, meeting all timeframes, and ensuring smooth delivery of maintenance and minor works tasks.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Monitor and action all incoming emails
- Understand each client’s requirements and the operational needs of each job / quote
- Maintain good relationships with your assigned clients by always ensuring adequate and prompt communication
- Obtain and understand quotes from Subcontractors and suppliers, prepare scope of works, price, submit and follow-up on quotes with each client stakeholder
- Expand on our Subcontractor and Supplier base and ensure they are always getting best market rate
- Organise site inspections if required with Leading Hand/Site Manager, depending on size of works
- Follow up on open jobs technicians have attended to
- Follow up with Subcontractors to check if works have been completed
- Issue Purchase Orders and email to the correct Company completing the works
