Intro Recruitment are working with a National Builder who work across an interesting and diverse range of projects. They have an excellent Senior Management team and pride themselves on their ability to progress their staff.
They have an excellent opportunity for a Contracts Administrator to work on a local icon, a $90m Government Facility in Hervey Bay. It is a 5-level building with 2 basement levels in the Heart of Hervey Bay.
There is an excellent team in place, and we are now just looking for a suitable Contracts Administrator to take things to the next level.
Some responsibilities include:

• Assisting the Project Manager in Forecasting
• Procuring and negotiating with trades
• Helping to developing scopes of works
• Identifying and administering variations and RFI’s
• Ciost Reporting, scheduling, and programming

This is a great long term career opportunity for an ambitious CA. This will be great for the resume and career. Its proving to be a landmark project.
