Contract Administrator

The Role & Business

Working as a Contracts Administrator you will be reporting directly to the Managing Director leading the commercial success of a High Profile Residential project.  

As a Contracts Administrator you will be passionate about mentoring team to deliver the project. You will have autonomy to drive all contract award decisions from procurement, letting subcontract trade packages, management of RFI's, variations and progress claims, EOT's and NoD's, Head Contract Management and Cost Reporting. This project requires a proven CA who can work independently.

This role will be working on an 7 Storey (25 apartments) in Kogarah Bay. 

Qualifications & Experience

• You will have finished a Bachelor of Construction Management, Civil Engineering or Architecture
• You will experience working as a Contract Administrator for a recognised Contractor in Sydney in Residential sector
• Worked on projects from inception to completion
• Demonstrate Longevity within your resume  
• Your key drivers will be about wanting to be part of something and work with professional people whilst building quality projects
• Your attitude will be your biggest asset - you will be hard working, have a positive mindset and be eager to learn
• You will have worked with good construction software exposure
• Do not apply if you have not worked for a well-known construction business within in New South Wales
• Do not apply if you have worked for the Sub Contractor only as you will not be considered for this role
• Do not apply if you have no experience within Residential sector
