Description
The position of the Contract Administrator is to assist with the delivery of quality administration, analysis of financial data and management of operational support requirements to assist the Management Accountant and National Client Services Manager with day to day operations.
Location - North Ryde
Time: 08:30am - 4.30pm
Duration: 6 months
Key responsibilities for this position include (but are not limited to):

  • Processing and management of client orders.
  • Liaise with Contract Manager & Management Accountant on a regular basis and escalate any issues with Facilities.
  • Ensure all planned and reactive invoices are processed to align with client requirements along with generation and reconciliation of client invoices.
  • Receipt of Incoming Calls and ensuring calls are answered in a professional telephone manner.
  • All Administration functions performed to the required level and within the required timeframes.
  • General accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll tasks
  • Other ADHOC admin requirements as requested by Spotless and Clients.
  • Build solid relationships with all Clients and Subcontractors/Suppliers.
Profile
Qualifications & Experience
  • Tertiary qualified
  • Experience in contract administration or relevant administrative experience
  • Ideally experience in facilities or property management
Technical Competencies
  • MS Excel skills (Intermediate to Advanced)
  • SAP experience

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
