Contract Administrator / Junior Project Manager - Fit out & Refurb
Based in South West Sydney
Salary $80,000 - $110,000 + Super
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced contract administrator / junior project manager to work with a successful construction and refurbishment company that has built a strong and long standing reputation within the industry. They are a proud and diverse company that prides itself on it's company culture and its commitment to provide great service to their clients.
The office is based in South-West Sydney.
Salary
$80K - $110K + Super (based on experience)
Your role and responsibilities
General contract administration.
Assistance to the commercial manager.
You will be managing multi projects at one time.
Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, and procurement schedules.
Assisting in the preparation, management, and compilation of monthly financial reporting requirements in line with disciplined forecasting and tracking of revenue and costs.
There may be some requirements to assist the estimating team if needed.
About you
Bachelor’s degree in a construction related study.
Minimum two years’ experience with an Australian construction company is desirable.
Open to meeting with Junior CA's with a few years experience.
Experience in working with Commercial, Fit out & Refurb projects is an advantage.
Unlimited working rights in Australia.
Most importantly have a good character, be open and willing to learn.
