Due tothe growth of our business, we are seeking an experienced contractoradministrator to join our team. This is full time position based in UnanderraNSW with a salary offer of $80,000 to $100,000 plus superannuation.
Main responsibilities involve the following:
· Prepare, review, and draft contracts, agreements, and amendmentsas per company guidelines and legal standards.
· Ensure contracts adhere to relevant regulations and are alignedwith company policies.
· Analyse contract terms, identifying potential risks,discrepancies, or ambiguities, and make necessary recommendations forimprovements.
· Oversee the execution process to ensure all parties fulfill theirobligations in a timely manner.
· Collect and maintain all relevant documentation related tocontract execution.
· Develop and maintain a centralised contract database for easyaccess and tracking of contract details, expiration dates, and renewalrequirements.
· Monitor contract compliance and performance to ensure partiesinvolved as per contract meet their contractual obligations.
· Collaborate with various departments of the company to ensureseamless contract administration.
· Coordinate with relevant departments to address issues anddisputes that may arise during contract execution.
· Act as the main point of contact for contract-related inquiriesand communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
· Assess the need for contract renewals or terminations and initiatenecessary actions as required.
· Facilitate negotiations for contract extensions ormodifications.
Skills requirements for this position:
· Bachelor’s Degree in law or other relevantqualification
· Minimum 3 years’ relevant industry experience is highlydesirable
· Excellent communication skill with internal and externalstakeholders and project owners
· High level of negotiation and analytical skill, andproblem-solving skills
· Effective time management, project management and supervisionskills
