Manage stakeholder relationships, staff leadership, and regulatory compliance
Implement training, address issues, and contribute to team development
Identify growth opportunities and support business development effortsKey Experiences & Skills:
Proven expertise in contract management within cleaning environments
Exceptional interpersonal and written communication abilities
Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in work approach
Track record of maintaining high cleaning standards and fostering strong client relationships
Be able to provide 10 years of historical data for Defence access approvals
Resilient with strong problem-solving skills, capable of collaborating with diverse individuals and backgrounds
Be able to initiate the process obtain a baseline or NV1 security clearances, or already possessing themHighlights of This Role:

To be considered for this position, you must be an Australian Citizen and eligible to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance up to a level of negative vetting 1 (secret).
