Direct Lifts specialises in supply and install of modern, eye-catching lifts and elevators throughout the east coast of Australia. Working closely with architects, builders and property owners we collaborate and design lifts to suit our clients requirements and decor.
What's the role all about?
- The ideal candidate will have a knack of working autonomously, while at the same time providing strong knowledge of contracts to support our team.
- We understand the role is somewhat “niche”, with this we are offering training and coaching.
- The role is responsible for providing contract management, administration and commercial advice in relation to the management, interpretation and application of contracts for all lift installation projects.
- You will provide commercial rigour in the application of contractual rights and obligations, while mitigating project risk and maximising the overall value to Direct Lifts.
- Success in this role is characterised by clear strategic thinking, and an ability to build relationships across broad stakeholder groups internally and externally.
- Establishing Job Budgets with Sales Manager.
- Setup and submission of progress claims.
- Monitor and submit progress claims/invoicing throughout Job duration
