Job description:
THIS OPENS THE DOOR TO YOUR FUTURE: OUR OPPORTUNITY
As a Contracts Administrator you will be responsible for the administration, review and completion of customer questionnaires/surveys and contracts.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Conduct work in accordance with code of conduct and within policy and procedure
- Manage Contracts reviews and negotiations ensuring compliance with legal and Company/regulatory requirements.
- Assist and support the DVP Organisational Effectiveness and Continuous Improvement, as necessary, including the delivery of customer requirements.
- Develop and maintain Strong relationship clients and internal stakeholders
- Maintain relevant document version control
- Manage inbound email & work volume
YOUR SKILLS
- Minimum 2 years supporting Building Industry Contracts, compliance documentation, and reviewing contracts in construction/service.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
