Conveyancing Clerk
Burns & Tinney have an opportunity for an enthusiastic conveyancing clerk to join their friendly team. We are a small well-established law firm in Greensborough.
The successful applicant will possess the following skills:
- experience with handling residential and commercial conveyancing from start to finish
- ability to deal with change of ownership / transfers
- sound knowledge and experience with Pexa, Duties Online and Leap software
- excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- good organisational skills and attention to detail
- ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- positive ‘can-do’ attitude
- ability to build relationships with clients and co-workers
The successful applicant will be caring and compassionate of our client’s needs.
Duties include:
- handling Conveyancing files
- general office administrative assistance including answering the telephone and meeting and greeting clients
- administration and office tasks, including banking
- maintaining deed / register packets
Our firm focuses in:

- Wills & Deceased Estates and Probate
- Business Law
Salary commensurate with experience and skills. Full time or 4 days a week position – in the office role.
