As the Courier Admin Assistant, you are critical in ensuring the operational success of our Courier team.

About the Role:
Directly supporting the Courier Manager, your success will come from your ability to build strong and influential relationships with Couriers and customers, navigating the challenges of ensuring delivery to multiple stakeholders. As someone passionate about delivery and working effectively with others, you will support the Courier team in operating professionally, safely and deliver to targets. In addition, you will identify and manage risks, model the organisation's values, and holding yourself and the team accountable. A natural communicator, you will be influential in ensuring the performance of the Courier function within NSW, and that the safety and well-being of your team remains paramount.
This role will be a Part Time position working on site at our Bella Vista warehouse and office area.
We provide in house services ranging from Finance, Accounts, Marketing, IT and HR to ensure thorough, timely and trustworthy support is available to you and the team.
About You:
- Experience in rostering
- Project implementation and communication skills
- Strong customer service background
- Valid Driver's Licence
- Understanding of and experience in using technology to manage rostering for a remote team
- Demonstrated understanding of business metrics and reporting
- Proficiency in using Microsoft tools (Excel)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
