About the role:
We have an opportunity within our curriculum department for a dynamic individual to join the team on a part time (0.8) or full time basis. Based at our Harrisdale campus, and reporting into the Assistant Principal – Curriculum, you will work in a team of two to support the effective delivery and administration of our curriculum programs.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide administrative support to the daily operations of the Curriculum team
- Act as the point of contact for students, employees and parents
- Coordinate and maintain records of curriculum materials, resources, and assessments.
- Support the team with curriculum-related queries and administrative tasks.
- Ensure administrative compliance with educational standards and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, including attendance and grades.
- Provide administrative support for standardised testing, including OLNA, NAPLAN, and PAT.
- Prepare reports and documentation related to curriculum activities and outcomes.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of exam materials.
About you
- You possess recent and relevant experience in a similar position
- You value and can demonstrate strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- You are an excellent communicator and possess exceptional interpersonal skills.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with educational software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
