Grace Lutheran College is seeking an experienced Administration Officer to attend to the administrative needs of the students and teaching staff; to support the Curriculum Services department.

Reporting to: Head of Teaching and Learning
Position type: Permanent Term-Time - 37.5 hours per week
Anticipated Commence Date: April 24
Closing Date: Tuesday, 2 April 2024 5.00pm COB (we reserved the rights to interview suitable candidates prior to close date)
Role: To provide administrative assistance to Heads of Department and teachers.
About You
This position would suit someone with a commitment to the ethos, Christian values and teachings of the College.
* Demonstrated competence and confidence in using a personal computer and relevant software packages e.g., Microsoft Word and Excel (Intermediate level competence required)
* Knowledge and prior use of the College Administration package (TASS and Timetabler – Student Options, ERM, Web Preferences) would be an advantage;
* Knowledge of general office and administrative procedures and equipment;
* Working with Children accreditation (Blue Card) or ability to obtain this accreditation.
