A C Whalan & Co Pty Ltd is a 85-year-old, family owned and operated company. We are seeking to engage an Office Administrator for our Gunnedah.
Reporting to the Branch manager, this position requires the employee to be multi skilled in office administration with experience in AP/ AR process.
Applicants should possess a positive attitude, enjoy being part of a team, have a strong customer service focus and sound understanding of office administration and support. Responsible for client liaisons & involvement in the day-to-day office administration, phone calls, entering of customer orders, invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, dispatch, inventory control and data entry.
Flexible working hours being full time, part time or casual is on offer to the successful applicant.
