Lead non-for-profit Aged Care Provider
Roster:
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 0900-1706
Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 0900-1706
Key Requirements
First point of contact for customers, greet and assist visitors
Demonstrate a customer focus to both internal and external customers.
Ensure employee, resident, prospective resident, and family confidentiality.
Ensure the correct storage and archiving of records
Answer all incoming calls, responding to inquiries as necessary
Assistance with rostering staff using TimeTarget software
Recruitment and HR administration assistance
Skills and Experience
Demonstrated experience in providing excellent customer service
High level of computer literacy with aged care software and MS Office
Excellent communication, problem identification and resolution skills
Demonstrates enthusiasm, energy, inquisitiveness, initiative and innovative thinking
Has a warm uplifting personality that can communicate and relate to older people
Excellent personal presentation
