Positions Available
We are looking for part time and/or full time Customer Call Centre staff to provide support to our facilities with the management of membership leads and enquiries. You will need a passion for and an inclusive approach to service. Our customer base is diverse and we love what this offers our workforce and want someone that can ensure all our customers feel welcome and supported. In this role you will be providing the following support to our facilities
- Membership and program lead management
- Meet and exceed membership sale targets each month
- Process general member enquires.
- Follow up outstanding or declined membership payments.
- Data entry and ad hoc administrative duties
We are looking for people who have the following
- Working with Children Check
- First Aid Certification (can be obtained after successful employment)
- Excellent customer service skills, phone manner and written communication skills
- Can-do attitude and willing to go the extra mile
- Attention to detail
- The ability to identify the customers needs and solve their problem in a quick and timely manner
- Managing calls and emails to support and assist customer queries within a timely manner
- Maintain a professional and friendly manner with all customer interactions
- Maintain a high accuracy rate on all phone calls and email enquiries, ensuring outlined KPIs are met.
- Ability to multi task and learn new information and systems quickly
- Have availability for early morning, evening and weekend shifts.
Desirable
- A background in the fitness or leisure industry
- Experience in a Call Centre environment or front facing customer service
- Experience with Freshdesk or a similar service desk system
- Experience using Links
