The Company:

Our client is an Australian owned and operated, nationally recognised industry leader of Fire Protection Services and due to an internal promotion, are seeking to grow their Customer Service team on a full time permanent basis. Conveniently located within the Strathfield/Lidcombe area of Sydney's West, this role is an office based position working within the newly built corporate office from Monday - Friday, flexible hours: 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm.

The Role:

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues
  • Answering calls from customers and suppliers over the phone and via email
  • Complete end to end administration tasks including taking orders and processing into Pronto (or other ERPs), data logging, pricing and lead time, follow-up and invoicing
  • Resolve order issues eg blocked orders, pricing and lead-time discrepancies
  • Lodge and coordinate response to service calls (reactive) for NSW and national clients
  • Assist in other areas of the business wherever required (ie - reception / stationary ordering / administration tasks)

About you:

  • Strong communication skills both verbally and written
  • Dependable and reliable, with the ability to work in a office environment Monday - Friday
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and process driven
  • Intermediate administration skills on MS Office, ERP (Pronto) desirable but not essential (full training provided)
  • Full Australian working rights
  • Willing to pass a pre-employment medical, obtain a police clearance and working with children
