The Opportunity
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional Customer Service?
This fixed term contract position is a great opportunity to join one of Australia's fastest growing premium spirit and beverage companies. We are looking for a dynamic, customer obsessed individual to join our Supply Chain team to support our customers. Working closely with Sales and Marketing teams along with our 3rd Party Logistics providers, you will make it your priority to ensure timely and accurate delivery of stock to customers.
This role is a fixed term contract available for immediate start through to December 2024 with an opportunity to extend based on business needs.
Reporting into the Customer Service Operations Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
- Processing customer sales orders and working with 3rd party logistics providers to ensure on time delivery
- Proactive customer communication, ensuring all updates are provided and queries resolved in a timely manner
- Liaison with distribution and logistics partners on issues relating to deliveries
- Problem solve, investigate returns and pick-ups
- Collaboration with supply chain team on inventory including stock receipts and transfers within interstate warehouses
- Relationship development and management internally and externally with customers and stakeholders
- Supporting broader Supply Chain team as needed
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
What are we looking for?
- Proven experience, at least 2 years, working in a fast paced Customer Service environment
- Customer focused, customer obsessed mindset. A problem solver!
- Excellent organisation, time management & attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good computer skills with intermediate level Excel & Word
- Experience with MS Dynamics GP or similar systems would be advantageous but not required
