We are recruiting for an enthusiastic and experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join our Victorian sales teams working across our two Shepparton sites. We are looking for candidates with exceptional Customer Service and sales skills who can hit the ground running. In partnership with our Sales Representatives and the broader Civilmart network, our Customer Service Coordinators will know that each and every existing or potential customer is extremely valuable and treats them as such.
About the role - key responsibilities:
- Professional and timely management of Customer orders and queries in a manner that meets and exceeds Customer expectations and business standards.
- Understanding Customer needs whilst influencing and negotiating Customer expectations, taking into account production timing and inventory availability.
- Partnering with the Sales Representative to comprehend and gain intimacy of key projects, related project stakeholders, delivery and freight agreements to enable the successful delivery of all contractual agreements.
- Build effective Customer relationships with key project stakeholders, track project progress, schedule and conduct follow-ups as agreed and update project delivery schedules to enable effective Inventory, Production and Dispatch Planning.
- Create quotes and complete sales orders as per agreed pricing structure with follow through to win/lose. arrange delivery dates to finalise sales.
- Coordinate the purchase of any non-stocked items where required for sales orders.
- Resolve Customer complaints in a timely manner, clarifying the complaint, determining the cause, providing solutions and expediting correction.
- Actively identify and contribute to business process continuous improvements
- Be a role model by advocating and living by the Civilmart Values.
About you
To be successful in this role you will require:
- Previous experience in internal sales/Customer Service
- Customer-orientated and service mindset
- Ability to work and build relationships at all levels of the Civilmart business and our customers
- Good time management
- Commercial acumen with a strong interest to know the Civilmart business, our products and the industry
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills
- Passion and drive in what you do
