About the role
- Answer incoming calls and direct their enquiries as required;
- Communicate with customers and end users to triage issues and collect other key information;
- Order processing;
- Sales coordinating;
- Reporting; and
- Managing records and accounts ensure compliance is accurately up to date.
About you
- 3 years in a Customer Service Administration role;
- Desirable experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain;
- Strong communications skills written and verbal;
- Strong computer literacy - MS Office;
- A team player who is willing to assist others; and
- Demonstrated organisational and prioritisation skills.
