Fantastic full time position with Global Healthcare Company;
Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm;
6 months temp with view for permanency;

Becoming a part of this fabulous team within this Global organisation, you will play a vital role in assisting healthcare providers by logging technical/equipment issues or concerns.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Taking inbound calls from healthcare providers in relation to required technical support;
Logging jobs into the database;
Triaging and escalating jobs to remote technical support;
Liaising with scheduling team to organise on-site attendance at job if required; and
Emailing customers to schedule maintenance.
For the initial 6 month training period, you will be required to work in the office between 9am and 5pm. The permanent opportunity will offer 2-3 days per week work from home, however the hours will rotate between 7am and 7pm.
To be considered for this position, we are seeking:
Phone based Customer Service experience;
Experience using CRM databases;
The availability to commence with 2-3 weeks notice; and
Full working rights as we are looking to convert this position to permanent.
