Job tasks and responsibilities:
· Handling all inbound calls, live chats and emails pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedback and other raising issues related to the company's products
· To exceed customer's expectation in terms of Customer Service & accurate information
· Work in a team to achieve your goals
Requirements:
· Minimum 1 year of working experience in the service industry will be an added advantage
· Fresh graduates who are interested to start their career in a call centre, are also encouraged to apply – Full Training Provided
· Applicants must be willing to work on rotational shifts
· Each shift consists of 9 working hours and is inclusive of a 1 hour lunch break
· Willing to work and relocate in Malaysia
