We are excited to offer the opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Officer to join our team on a casual basis, to support our patients across our five sites on the Bellarine Peninsula.

About Us
Bellarine Community Health (BCH) is the major provider of primary health care services to the Bellarine Peninsula. BCH is a not-for-profit health care provider with close links to our community operating from five sites – in Drysdale (two sites), Ocean Grove, Point Lonsdale and Portarlington and in community settings across the Bellarine.
About the role
The Customer Service Officer will work across all five BCH Sites in a frontline role that is pivotal to maintaining our positive and supportive reputation within our community.
The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for providing excellent Customer Service at front reception by greeting clients and customers to answering telephone calls, making and rescheduling appointments, working alongside and collaborating with staff from other departments, completing end of day banking and other administrative tasks to support the daily running of the reception area.
We would like to hear from you, if you have…
- Experience in a Customer Service role demonstrating excellent communication and Customer Service skills.
- Experience with healthcare systems within the healthcare industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work in a team and sole position environment.
- Strong time management skills, including the management of competing priorities.
