Chas Cole Cellars, a boutique specialised liquor business based in Geelong, are currently seeking experienced Customer Service professionals who can demonstrate initiative and are willing to learn on-the-job in a fast paced, dynamic environment. It is essential that you can exhibit your skills in a team environment and display exceptional levels of Customer Service. A sound liquor knowledge will be an advantage, but not essential if you have the right attitude and determination to learn.
To best serve our customers, the ideal candidates will have good availability across the day, evenings and weekends with operating hours between 9am-11pm.
The Role
Our Team Members play an important role in assisting customer needs through their exceptional passion for product, great customer focus and ability to engage with energy every day.
Key responsibilities include:
- Actively sharing your passion for products with our customers and confidently recommending products to customers which meet their needs;
- Working as a cooperative team member, while helping others to learn;
- Ensuring a clean and safe working environment is maintained at all times;
- Ensure compliance in accordance to Company procedures & policies;
- Carrying out physical tasks associated with the role, requiring a level of physical fitness; and
- Upholding responsible service of alcohol guidelines.
