About the role
As the Membership Consultant, you will be a crucial member of the team and your primary focus will be attracting and engaging new members into the club. You will enjoy working in a health club environment, have a friendly, outgoing personality, and genuinely care about helping others. You must be comfortable in sales processes and calling complete strangers on the phone and asking them to stop in to see our club.
About you
Do you have the following experience and qualities?
- Must be available to work 20-30 hours per week during the following times. Mon to Thurs 1-7pm and Fri Sat 10-2pm
- First-rate people skills and a self-motivated work ethic
- Passion for the industry and changing people’s lives
- Creativity, drive and initiative
- Proactive, organised and driven to achieve goals
- Proven sales experience
- Networking within the local business community
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion delivering excellence in Customer Service
- High level of integrity in line with club terms and conditions
- Can-do attitude
