Customer Support Officer

While their global footprint speaks volumes, their Sydney office boasts a unique close-knit culture.About the role:As a vital member of our dynamic Technical/Product Support team, you'll play a pivotal role as the first point of contact for customers and builders seeking real-time advice, guidance, and support for product installation, functionality, and order inquiries.Some of your other responsibilities will include:

• Tracking orders and providing order updates to support the prompt delivery of products
• Assisting customers with quotes and pricing inquiries
• Verifying accurate order entries into the system
• Troubleshooting and engaging in fact-finding with customers to solve their varied issues
• Liaising with a diverse range of individuals, from builders to installation technicians, and customers
• General administrative tasks, including inbox management, data entry, and customer information updates.

About you:The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, with direct experience in a product support role. A background in building or construction supplies, door or window suppliers, lighting, electrical goods, or similar technical products are highly desirable, alongside trouble-shooting experience.

• Confident in prioritising tasks and multitasking
• Naturally inclined to provide timely, professional, and supportive responses to all inquiries
• A proactive problem solver with a willingness to think outside the box
• Curious, open to learning, and hungry for development opportunities
• Proficient in using various systems and programs, such as SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
