- Tracking orders and providing order updates to support the prompt delivery of products
- Assisting customers with quotes and pricing inquiries
- Verifying accurate order entries into the system
- Troubleshooting and engaging in fact-finding with customers to solve their varied issues
- Liaising with a diverse range of individuals, from builders to installation technicians, and customers
- General administrative tasks, including inbox management, data entry, and customer information updates.
- Confident in prioritising tasks and multitasking
- Naturally inclined to provide timely, professional, and supportive responses to all inquiries
- A proactive problem solver with a willingness to think outside the box
