As a Dealership Truck Service Administrator at Patterson Cheney Trucks in Keysborough, you will play a critical role in supporting our service department by managing administrative tasks efficiently and ensuring smooth operations.
Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming service inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring prompt resolution.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records, ensuring all service orders, invoices, and documentation are correctly filed and updated.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of service tasks.
• Monitor and manage truck parts and accessories inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers as needed.
• Assist in processing warranty claims and ensuring compliance with manufacturer guidelines.
• Provide administrative support to the service manager and technicians as required.

Requirements:

• Previous admin experience in light or heavy vehicle dealerships (ideal)
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including MS Office suite
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records and documentation
• Knowledge of truck parts and accessories is a plus but not essential

• Salary is approximately $25 - $30 per hour plus incentives and overtime.
• Monday to Friday (full-time) 830 am - 5 pm (daily overtime)
