The Opportunity

We’re seeking an experienced development professional to work with a small team initially on our flagship masterplanned land development in Glenmore Park.

This is an opportunity to apply and further develop your skills and experience throughout the complete development process. You can expect to be involved in a range of activities including:

• Conceptualising and planning staged land subdivisions, medium density developments (built form) and Mixed Use Developments.
• Engaging and managing project team members, consultants and contractors
• Managing the approval process
• Developing and overseeing implementation of sales and marketing strategies
• Project management through the delivery phase.
• Preparing project budgets, cost reports and cash flow forecasts
• Stakeholder relationship management

Our Ideal Candidate

Our ideal candidate will have experience in land subdivisions and residential developments, as well as a genuine enthusiasm for rapid personal and professional growth. You will also have:

• Experience leading or contributing directly to relevant development projects, leading a consultant team and contractor management)
• Demonstrated financial management skills and experience including working knowledge of land subdivision feasibilities budgeting and cashflow forecasts (Estatemaster),
• Proven ability to manage the Authority Approval process.
• Commercial acumen - an understanding of the Western Sydney property market
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• A “hands on” approach to work, combined with considerable personal drive
• (Preferably) Tertiary qualifications in a property or construction related discipline
• A current drivers licence and reliable vehicle
