As a Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of land estate projects. Working closely with the General Manager of Development, you'll manage all aspects of development, from initial investigations and planning to project delivery. Your keen eye for detail and strategic approach will ensure that each project meets our high standards and is completed within budget and on schedule.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage multiple land estate projects from inception to completion
- Conduct thorough pre-lodgement meetings to identify and mitigate risks
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting and cost-control measures
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to align project objectives
- Monitor project milestones and anticipate changes, adjusting plans as required
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Drive business initiatives and implement best practices for project delivery
Ideally, you will possess appropriate tertiary qualifications in a property-related discipline. Proficiency in MS Project would be an advantage. Your strong communication skills will see you succeed in this role. You will be a natural collaborator, focused on achieving great outcomes.
