What you'll get up to in this role…
- Content strategy development to determine the best content formats for target audiences, and creating plans aligned with business objectives
- Create compelling and high-quality content for various diverse platforms, with the ability to repurpose content effectively across different mediums
- Optimise website experience
- Build, monitor, and evaluate email campaigns, including newsletters and trigger-based email series
- Develop monthly social content calendars and actively engage with all platforms
- Ability to build social network community engagement and interaction
- Assist with the development and performance of digital campaigns
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to produce any assets aligned with brand guidelines and messaging strategies
- Identify and engage with influencers and industry experts to create content and/or amplify content reach and build brand awareness
- Analyse and track campaign effectiveness and provide regular reports and insights for improvement
What you can do / have experience in…
- Tertiary qualification in relevant discipline, preferably Digital Marketing/Marketing
- 2-3+ years’ experience in a digital role, either agency or client side
- Comfortable with a range of digital & CRM platforms (Hubspot, Klaviyo, Wordpress, Contentfull, Asana, and other applications)
- Worked with analytics platforms, like Business Manager, Google Adwords
- Experience in campaign development and content production
