Agence de Parfum is Australia’s most esteemed niche perfume and home fragrance distribution company, dedicated to sourcing the most original crafted perfumes from around the world and launching them in the Australian and New Zealand market. 

With an ethos founded in niche luxury, Agence de Parfum collaborates with brands steeped in history and know-how, creating strategies and platforms to launch and manage the brands within this market, increasing their awareness and demand nationally. 

Our brands include Creed, Trudon, Santa Maria Novella, Juliette Has A Gun, Amouage and many more. 

About the role 

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will enhance Trudon’s, Santa Maria Novella’s, and Carrière Frères’ online experience and build strong communities across all our social platforms. You will have the exciting responsibility of creating, planning, executing, and analysing all paid, owned, and organic content for these brands, coming up with best-in-class ideas and managing the production of these.

We are looking for someone with a solid understanding of all social media & Digital Marketing platforms, a flair for copywriting, and a passion for luxury goods. You will ideally have 3+ years Digital Marketing experience either agency side or in-house, and thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Working closely with the Trudon, Carrière Frères, and Santa Maria Novella Brand Managers in our Marketing department, your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Support the Brand Managers to create and implement effective Digital Marketing campaigns which drive sales and brand awareness
  • Manage trudon.com.au, au.smnovella.com, and carrierefreres.com.au, updating regularly with content in line with marketing calendars
  • 360-degree Digital Marketing strategy, working with Brand Managers to cultivate the brands’ images and sales in the Australian market
  • Develop, plan, and optimise the communication strategy/editorial calendar for Trudon and Santa Maria Novella, with compelling and engaging propositions for campaigns to drive brand awareness, as well as analytical skills to continually improve existing and future campaigns
  • Use the brands’ platforms – Meta Ads, Google Ads and Analytics, Klaviyo, Shopify, Magento, design software – to achieve the brands’ goals
  • Creation and planning of content on the brands’ social media channels (paid and organic)
  • EDM copywriting, design, and planning, building and maintaining effective email journeys (a.k.a. flows/automations) to support database growth and improve online and offline conversion
  • Analyse & optimise the customer journey on the brands’ websites, creating and implementing new tools to drive conversions and sales
  • Apply search marketing and optimisation principles to online content to improve search engine ranking
  • Manage customer loyalty program for Trudon to drive online and offline sales
  • Elevate and accelerate the brands’ social media presence whilst exploring emerging social platforms that align with their marketing objectives
  • Analyse digital data and competitive information, report emerging trends based on customer insights, and suggest content optimisation to the CEO
  • Organise photoshoots for digital campaigns
  • Prepare and present monthly digital/sales performance decks to brands’ headquarters
  • Digital merchandising monitoring and analysis, both of the brands’ websites and of external retailers’ websites, ensuring that they are in line with the brands’ branding requirements
  • Send weekly digital performance reports to internal stakeholders
  • Social media community management 

About you 

  • 3+ years Digital Marketing experience 
  • Experience working on social media campaigns and email marketing 
  • Passionate about digital & social and proactive in keeping up with new trends and insights 
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities and meet strict deadlines 
  • Proficiency in a range of Digital Marketing platforms, social media management and paid campaigns (Meta, Google Ads and Analytics, Shopify, design software's) 
  • Strong creative eye and experience with copywriting 
  • Able to think creatively and pitch innovative ideas
