The Digital Producer is responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of content, enhancements, projects and campaigns across all Kayo Sports and BINGE digital acquisition touch points whilst ensuring Agile methodologies are the cornerstone of the production process.
- Deliver best practice user experience for all visitors to kayosports.com.au. binge.com.au, subdomains, apps and app stores and other digital touch points
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the CMS, website and apps structure and requirements
- Create engaging digital customer experiences that support Kayo Sports and BINGE customer growth objectives.
- Curate, collate and create digital content in collaboration with Brand, Design and Content teams
- Project manage and/or assist with key priority experience builds including creation of interface concepts, wireframes, user flows, mock-ups and stakeholder management
- Work with analytics specialists on traffic, site performance, user journey and user experience, identifying ways to improve and implement solutions
- Relevant qualifications/Bachelor's degree and experience working on large, content-driven websites within a marketing environment
- Advanced experience with Content Management Systems, preferably Adobe
- Relevant experience with UX, IA and web structure
- Optimising content for search and analytical measures
- Working knowledge of analysis tools including analytics, heatmaps, Adobe Target or other personalization methods
- Intermediate understanding and use of HTML and CSS
- Intermediate use of Javascript beneficial
- Great communication skills, capable of interacting with a wide range of stakeholders
