About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated Junior/ Senior AutoCAD Draftsperson to join our expanding team. In this niche role, you will be responsible for drafting, checking and improving various plans and documents, contributing to the success of our projects. While experience with Carlson software is advantageous, we value your positive attitude, dedication, and willingness to learn above all else.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce accurate and detailed survey plans using AutoCAD/ Carlson software.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy in all drafting work.
- QA Survey plans and amend accordingly.
- Adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in civil construction, land development, or residential industries is highly- regarded.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and embrace feedback.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm for the industry, and a desire for professional growth.
- Liaise with customers to address any drafting-related queries or concerns.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
