The Role & Duties

Reporting into the General Manager, Australia and New Zealand, the Business Development Representative is critical to the success of our client's customer base and growth. No two days will be the same as you:
Actively source and recruit through various channels including online, in-person, trade-shows and referrals.
Actively source and recruit Suppliers to our client's industry through various channels including online, in-person, and referrals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with various Associations and Bodies in the sector to increase our software platform's adoption.
Communicate our Value Proposition Messaging to potential customers and provide product demonstrations to potential clients as required.
Work with our sales support team to develop marketing strategies to improve our software platform's online presence and generate more sales leads.
Attend tradeshows and industry events to promote our software platform and build our brand.
Create new customer opportunities by promoting and conducting aerial drone imagery of cemeteries.
Conduct all aspects of drone imaging, including the planning of drone flight routes, documentation of flight logs, navigation of drones along designated paths, production of aerial photographs as needed, processing of raw images.
Maintenance of industry and best practice certifications to operate and perform drone mapping tasks.
Manage and support sales discussions, utilising drone imagery to create byondcloud registrations.
About you
Enthusiastic and energetic individuals with a high work rate and excellent interpersonal skills.
At least 2 years of experience in an interactive sales role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish strong relationships with potential clients.
Current valid CASA RePL ,25kg MTOW (multirotor)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet recruiting and sales goals.
Willingness to travel to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Experience in the deathcare sector is not essential but would be considered favourably.
