About the role
The purpose of this role is to lead the implementation of Eat Walk Engage by facilitating the implementation of initiatives that will prevent delirium and functional decline for older inpatients by providing high level expertise in clinical service delivery; project management and project coordination; education and training; and stakeholder engagement, liaison and negotiation at all levels.
